Home-Based Behavior Services

CNNH’s Board Certified Behavior Analysts offer behavior management services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, related developmental disabilities, and children with challenging behaviors.

Direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy

CNNH provides behavior management and skill building programming utilizing the principles of ABA. Therapy services are individualized and delivered through structured play and one-on-one teaching. Goals may include functional communication, play skill development, interactive/social relationship development, and academic success.

Technogoly Observation and Parent Support (TOPS Click here to find out more)

For parents who might need ongoing contact with our behavior analysts or medical clinicians, TOPS is set-up in the home. With a simple keystroke at any time of the day recordings are captured and sent remotely to our clinical experts who can offer immediate targeted behavioral advice to the parents.

Consultations for Families

Functional Assessment Interview
A comprehensive initial assessment includes an interview with the parents and a behavior screening with the child to identify the needs and strengths of a child.

Functional Behavioral Assessments
After the functional assessment interview is completed, recommendations based on data collected at the home and school are offered in a report and an individualized behavior plan.

Reinforcer Preference Assessments
To ensure that a behavior plan is successful, an assessment is done (during the initial assessment) to determine what motivates a child (i.e., praise, breaks, social interactions, computer time) to make positive behavior changes.

Parent Training

Once a child’s needs have been determined and a behavior plan developed, our board certified behavior analysts are available to train parents and/or therapists to perform the tasks associated with executing a behavior plan.
